Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or placing an order on Indian Craft Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

Products

Every product we sell is handmade, so small variations in color, size, texture, or finish between the photo and the piece you receive are normal and are part of what makes a handcrafted item unique, not a defect.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery and, where enabled, online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, and wallets).

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is verified (or immediately, for Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product turns out to be unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case any payment already made will be refunded.

Intellectual Property

All product photography, descriptions, and site content belong to Indian Craft Hub or our artisan partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier delays).
